• CHÂTEAU DE LA BARBEN : One thousand years of History

Built on an impregnable site, successive owners have added turrets, towers and a magnificent horshoe- shaped starecase. Furnished throughout, it is the oldest and one of the most pictoresque of all Provençal castles with superb gardens by Le Nôtre. You can even stay as guests here.

• CHÂTEAU DE LOURMARIN :The first Renaissance château in Provence

Situated in one of the « most beautiful villages » in France, the château comprises two distinct parts : the  medieval edifice with its charming Italian style loggia and Library, and the 16th Century Renaissance wing. Renown for its  elegant double spiral staircase, the castle is furnished throughout with

a fine collection of engravings and objets d’art.

• CHÂTEAU DE SAUVAN : The little Trianon of Provence

This elegant 18th Century building was the home of the last friend of Marie Antoinette. Negleted during the 19th Century it was brought back to life in a spectacular way by its current owners. The castle is superbly furnished and its   gardens are classified as « remarkable ».

• CHÂTEAU DE LA VERDIERE : The summer palace of a great Provençal family

Originally a medieval fortress, in 1613 it fell into the hands of the celebrated Forbin family who turned it into a prestigeous aristocratic residence. The stucco decorations are amongst the finest in Provence and the huge ballroom and richly furnished rooms have the stamp of refined living.
